United Private Investigations offers classes in Pistol and Personal Protection. This NRA course will teach you everything you need to know to safely use a firearm for hobby and protection.

 

Course Goals:  To teach the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for owning and using a pistol safely.

 

Length of Course:  10 hours.

 

Student Text:  The Basics of Pistol Shooting Handbook

 

Course Lessons:

 

Lesson I:  Pistol Knowledge and Safe Gun Handling.

 

Lesson II:  Ammunition Knowledge and the Fundamentals of Pistol Shooting.

 

Lesson III:  Firing the First Shots

 

Lesson IV:  Two-Handed and one_handed Standing Shooting Positions.

 

Lesson V:  Pistol Sports Activities.
